Export Sales Manager Northampton
This is a newly created role due to a high increase in workload. The role is initially on a 3 month contract with the view to being extended. Working in the service driven Export environment, we need to manage the export sales service for all UK customers, ensuring fast and accurate quotations, fast follow-ups and constant seeking of new customers and enquiries. This will focus mainly on providing an excellent service to our both businesses and direct export customers, supporting the Business Development Manager. Duties will include:
Manage quotations in such a way as to provide sales forecasting to the operational team in real time and through the S&OP process.
To maintain regular (at agreed and signed-off intervals) S&OP with the AVK ROC’s, and to set up the same with others should the need arise through a growth in business.
To ensure we are achieving our customer deliveries in line with our published Service offers and service commitments.
To ensure that internal sales operations are in compliance with ISO procedures
To ensure Navision is kept up to date with all necessary commercial information
Ensure that quotations/orders are processed within customer credit limits.
To manage quotations in line with ISO procedures and timescales to a professional standard. Providing weekly and monthly analysis as required.
To ensure service offers are articulated correctly both internally and externally and premiums applied.
